Nils earned his Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and most recently worked as a consultant at 3D Group, Inc. evaluating the progress of nonprofit and private organizations' initiatives. He also teaches Training Design and Evaluation at San Francisco State University. He has several years experience designing and implementing arts-based education programs, process evaluation of programs, and web-based applications in Industrial Psychology. Nils is cofounder of Pinch Me Films, Inc.
